New Samples from Deadbeat Designs, My Favorite Things and Penny Black

Hello friends! Today I am going to share a diverse variety of cards and samples.  First up are samples made with new dies and stamps from Deadbeat Designs, a Texas company (as if you couldn’t guess)!!  Mark, the owner, has just started making dies and he’s done a great job.  FYI: he promised me his next release will include a sugar skull for Dia de los Muertos!!!

His Texas Trio die set includes 3 sizes of Texas shapes (see banner); then he has another slightly larger die (Texas shape lg) and the Texas Flag which is the largest of all.  The Texas Word die is outstanding and would complement any of the Texas dies.

Texas-diesTexas Banner – New dies: Texas Trio (top 3 Texas shapes); Texas Flag (bottom); Texas (word).   Texas Cards – Dies: Texas Flag, Texas shape large and Texas Word; stamps: Wood, Eyes of Texas script, Distressed Home, Bandana background and western swirl

His new stamps (all wood mounted) are really clever.  Here are samples made using the “telephone” stamps:

And here are samples made with the “Get Well” stamps.  The cute little pill box (dollar store find!) and the Prescription bottle (buy them here @ 3 for $1.59) are filled with jelly beans.

Now, switching gears a little … I have made samples using new dies and stamps from Penny Black and My Favorite Things.  The Lily die is fabulous!!! Check out these samples:

That’s all for today.  There’s lots in the store including clever stamps and dies for Father’s Day.  I am canceling the birthday card class for this weekend, but if you want to take a class Saturday (5/24) just give me a call by Friday morning and we will put one together.

The Pop up Dies have been really popular and will be back in stock this Thursday.  Call (915-833-9500) or email me (hellopolly@aol.com) to pre-order yours.

Have a great Memorial Day weekend.  I just bought a smoker and I plan on smoking a chicken and who knows what else!  Chloe loves smoked chicken and turkey so both of us will be very happy!
