The Taylored Expressions Bracket Notecard die (3” x 3”) is so much fun! Not only can you use this die to make notecards, enclosure cards or gift card holders, but this die makes great lollipop covers! Since Halloween is coming I thought I would make some for using Halloween motifs. The possibilities are endless so use these ideas a springboard into your own creativity!
Here are the other supplies I used with these designs:
Spellbinders dies Blossom 1; Mega Circles; Classic Circles; Labels 1; Classic Squares and Scalloped Squares. Taylored Expressions dies Totally Tags and Blossom Stacklets 1; stamp sets Totally Tags Halloween and Bag It and Tag It.
Simply die cut the bracket notecard out of cardstock; stamp the design directly on the front of the notecard (optional: emboss in black); position lollipop in notecard and mark punch holes for ribbon; punch holes (I used the Japanese screwpunch); put a little strip of scor tape (double-sided tape) on the back of the lollipop; place lollipop in notecard and close the front; string ribbon through holes and tie into a bow. How cute and easy!
The end of summer is a very busy time for everyone with last minute vacations, back-to-school shopping and summer chores like gardening. For these reasons I am not posting any specific classes but please remember that you can always request a class covering any of the cards I post. So get a jump on Halloween and Christmas or learn more about stamping and die-cutting by scrolling through previous posts and selecting a few cards you’d like to make. Call me (915-833-9500) and we will discuss the specifics. Thanks!
