Inky Antics “Honey Pop” Dimensional Cards

Saturday, June 11 both our classes will focus on the fun and unique cards called "Honey Pop." Honey Pop refers to the honeycomb paper that we will use to make dimensional, pop-out images inside the cards. The cute clear stamps sets come with the images that are stamped on the honeycomb paper. It is really easy to create these cards once you "get the hang of it!" Please join us for this fun class and stop in to check out the samples.

The Cat's Pajamas

Last week I had a ball making cards with the new stamps and dies of The Cat's Pajamas (TCP). TCP's clear stamp sets are chock full of creative stamps that feature bunnies, bears and birds. Their dies include a pinwheel (2 sizes); a rosette that's easy and actually works (not like the Tim Holtz die that I could never get to stay together); and many others from grass to a large scallop to a bird/birdhouse and musical note combo. For the card on the left I used a set called "What a Blast" and the large pinwheel die.

For this card I also used the large pinwheel and mounted it on a lollipop stick (available here). See the background? That's a new Hero Arts stamps called "Graph Background." I am loving it because it is the perfect stamp to grab whenever you need a little something extra in the background. Hero "Envelope Pattern" background lends a similar look. The grass on this card is created with another TCP die (Grass) so adding that touch to your cards is also quick and easy.

Let me show you some of the other cards I created with these versatile and fun stamps and dies:

"What a Blast" and pinwheel die "Field of Pinwheels" and pinwheel die Birthday Bunny

All these cards use the stamp set "The Tweetest Things" and the die "Home Tweet Home."

I hope you will stop in soon and see these products and lots more. We are packed with wonderful products for fun stamping!
